Found once again! B5/Sailor Moon crossover nightmare

Back at last year's CopperCon a mentioned running across a Babylon 5 / Sailor Moon crossover that I found hilarious. Well I finally rediscovered it.

"VIR (Centauri male; Centauri Ambassador Mollari's aide): [purple skirt] I am Ranger Centauri! In the name of the Empire I will right wrongs and punish evil, and that means YOU! [stops pointing and looks embarrassed] Sorry, Londo."
