Found another reason to detest comment spammers. While searching out various web pages I ran across one mentioning the death of Michael Scot-McMurry, creator of Zonie the Coyote, who was taken by cancer in April of 2001.
Which is then followed by fifty comment-spams for everything from loans (right, like a spam offer for a loan is going to be anything but a phishing attempt) to porn. It isn't like spam is ever all that welcome, but flooding a death announcement... scum. Which is an insult to the spots I ought to get around to cleaning in my shower.
