Grrrr! How do you mess up a French Dip?!!
I have to ask. What's so hard about making a French Dip? You'd think that would be one of the harder sandwiches to mess up. Thin sliced beef, sub bun, and au ju to dip in. Cheese (swiss) optional.
What doesn't go on a French Dip? Red peppers, green peppers, fried onions, mayo or any other kind of sauce.
Anyone want to guess what showed up on my French Dip order? Gah! At least they made it with beef. The last time I got the wrong sandwich when I ordered a French Dip they gave me a tuna salad sandwich. Gave it to a coworder who told me it was the worst tuna salad sandwich they'd ever had.

But French Dip and Philly Cheese Steak special sound alike only on the first phoneme.
The Arby's that made an apparently really bad tuna salad rather than French Dip is on the far range of what I prefer for lunch places. Pass by a Burger King, Wendy's, Pizza Hut and more before I would reach them. So it's been pretty easy to give other folks my business. (Give them time for some employee turn over)
