Originally I started to write it from Sarah's perspective as she ran across the articles. As for why she was looking them up, at least where I am it has become semi-common for anything from a retirement to a welcome home party to include some sort of PowerPoint slide show about the person's life. While she wasn't necessarily going to use PowerPoint (probably a scrap book of some sort -- my sister and I did one for our parent's 30th anniversary, tracking down all sorts of old articles and family photos from their birth announcements, marriage, and later events) she was seeing what she could find.
And yeah, it will probably take a while for them to come to terms with this coming out into the open.
(Oh ... you mean I have to click on Post before this shows? That might help. :))
