Sep. 1st, 2008 03:17 pmSo it seems that Adam and Jamie were invited to NVISION to promote NVidia. So they decided to demonstrate what a GPU is. Using three of their favorite things. Blowing stuff up. Shooting stuff. And robots.

Nightmare for some a dream for others, it's the singing catgirl maids of UFO Princess Valkyrie
Despite how often artists want to dress them up that way, Catgirls make terrible maids
However in Neko Nyan Dance we discover that catgirls and magical girls can in fact dance. (Oh and look, it's an original Chocotto Sister music video)
Speaking of catgirl addictions, oh wait you hadn't accused me of that yet? Anyway, watch acatgirl being drawn. D'oh, I'm not a catgirl addict, honest. Let's see, ah here we go, how about a sheep being drawn?

Feb. 9th, 2007 10:49 pmSpent some time random walking youtube tonight. Here are a few of the interesting finds.
Gundam Wing All Your Base A few spots in this one have rather nice edits for timing.
Ouran High School Host Club - I'm Not Gay Hehe, this one works really well. Some of the scenes from the show really play well with the Avenue Q song.
Bebop/Trigun/Outlaw Star do Trigger Happy One of my favorite Weird Al songs to three favored anime.
Speaking of Weird Al, how about The Anime Polka or Tenchi Muyo the Jerry Springer parody.
And Attack of the Show's Aquagate coverage. I'm not a huge fan of AotS, but I liked this. Grow a backbone media! And learn to do more than panic, like I don't know maybe learn to do research?

Machinegun v.s. Katana
Dec. 23rd, 2006 04:21 pmThis one's fun, it's Machinegun v.s. Katana. Pay close attention during the high speed camera slow-motion replay. Looks like it was filmed in the US, subtitled for Japan, and resubtitled for Korea.
And pay attention to the wall behind the sword too. Looking at those cinder blocks I would say that even if you could hit those bullets with your sword, it still wouldn't do you much good if you were behind the sword.
