Web hosting suggestions?

lilfluffAnyone reading this who has a web host they like?
I've got a doinky little place holding web site that I keep finding myself thinking of expending. Ideally I'd like an account that offers unlimited everything for under $10 a month, but something that offers several email accounts, php/perl (I'd like to potentially be able to put up a wiki), and at least one database (with extras either included or available at a low fee).
If I had lots of money I could always go with one of the big name $99 a month places, but I'd really like to be spending that much or less a year instead.
