And today the scale says 205.6, which is close enough I'm considering it to be holding steady.

I really ought to exercise more. I'm a bit behind on my goal (200 or less by July 4th) but slow is better than backwards. I'd like to hit 190 by year end, which would need losing a little over two pounds a month. A reasonable rate, but more than I've usually been hitting the past year.
