I really shouldn't have spent the money, but I'm already enjoying the purchase. But I think it will be the only splurging for the next few months. I really should be paying down my credit card further.

What did I spend the money on? Here, I'll let this four panel comic explain...

Yeah, that's a sad, sad comic. A hairy eyeball thing, a fox-wolf-anteater-who-knows-what creature, and a woeful self portrait. Obviously I'm still not the greatest artist, nor used to the hardware and software yet. Practice! Practice! Must practice more!

Well, I hope your purchase serves you well! It sounds like a good time!

And if this is to be my last splurge for a while, at least it is something I can play with for a while. Grabbing the Firefly boxed set would have been cheaper, but I'm going to hold out hope that might show up for the B-Day.

Hehe, your drawings are fun. As are tabrets. :D

Ugh. Just discovered that comments don't get the autosaves that regular posts get... As annoying as not being able to edit comments.

Yep. Nifty thing is that even though (or possibly because) it's the cheapest of the Graphires, at the thickest spot it's about half and inch thick. So it ought to fit even in my not truly adequate laptop bag.

I'm slowly, slowly getting used to the sample version of Painter that is included.
