Depends on context; at various times of day and in different situations, the answer might be:

A member of the Un-Dead, probably wearing evening formalwear
An RPG
A bat
Verne Domingo (not really, but still that's the descriptor that comes to mind)

So what I picture is ... um. An undead civilized monster in an evening gown. Except that dead flesh SERIOUSLY squicks me, so I handwave that part.

1: Table-top style undead bloodsucker
2: Human with disease requiring source of hemoglobin
3: Convenient excuse for why your daughter skipped town instead of getting married properly to the abusive ugly sod who paid you some money for her.
