Even they have bad software days

I'm glad no one was hurt, but sometimes it's nice to know others have software problems too. This past saturday Tokyo air traffic computers had a problem. Flights were still showing up on radar, but the screens stopped displaying the flight information next to each contact. Eventually fixed, but I suspect there were folks in need of much stress relief afterwards.
