Bobby Flay as an Iron Chef: Um, okay. (Sorry, but those old Grillin' 'n Chillin' ads still cost him points on the niftiness meter. Wrong side of the Presentation vs. Preparation argument)
Alton having to have someone look up a technique the challenger was using: Whee (He only knew what region it came from, not what it actually was)
Let's see, the review is: Two Yays, two whees, an um okay, and no boos.
Better review when I don't need to tape my eyes open: maybe.
