No goatee. I do have a perpetual five-o'clock shadow (razors and I barely get along), but no goatee.

I fear I shall have to side with your spouse on this issue. Even if he is apparently the evil twin. At least on anything even vaguely resembling tech-support.

Oh, no, I can ask solid questions fine ("Bryce, my computer is giving me this specific error message, is it important and, if so, could you fix it?")

It's the complicated emotional stuff, or asking for favors, where I have a really hard time being direct.
