The joys of writing: Starting in the wrong place

I have, after spending some of my lunch break on it, come to the conclusion that I was starting my Day 29 (write about a [person] and their [animal]) piece too early. But at least it's only after 245 words of too-early and not pages and pages of too-early.

On the other hand, with homework to do as well, it does mean I probably won't be posting a completed Day 29 entry tonight.

Better to spend more time on a piece and be happy with it than to post a half-baked effort to meet an arbitrary deadline :D

For added fun, I've decided I really ought to start halfway through the revised one. :/

And if that isn't enough fun, it's another downer scene. -.-;
